AmeriCorps
Habitat National Service provides an opportunity for philanthropic individuals to serve at local Habitat affiliates with AmeriCorps National Direct and AmeriCorps Volunteers in Service to America, or VISTA, programs. Individuals are given the opportunity to do direct or indirect service in order to build affiliate capacity, engage communities, increase and lead volunteers and build and renovate homes in partnership with low-income families in need of safe and decent housing.
