The mission of Information and Referral Service is "to link people with needs to the appropriate resources to meet their needs." Changes to the I & R database are made on a daily basis, but may not show up for a month on the website. Also, some information is considered confidential and requires special screening before it may be disseminated. In order to obtain the most information concerning a topic, please call 304-528-5660, Monday - Friday, 10 am-3:30 pm for information not available through the website. Information Services Maintains inventory of community resources and support groups for individual, group or agency referrals. Referral Services Referral to community resources for many health, financial, and social needs. Clearinghouse for emergency assistance programs (food, clothing, utilities, vision, dental, medication, rent, car seats, transportation, etc.) Note To apply for direct financial assistance, clients must show the following:
