Team Building
Try a different approach to Team Building! Huntington WV Area Habitat for Humanity will create a customized Team Building program for your group. (To sign up for a traditional volunteer day, please visit our volunteer page.) The cost is dependent on a variety of factors but will always include lunch, snacks, and a team photo for each participant.
On a work day customized specifically for your company, your team will work to build a home for a local family. You'll also participate in activities designed to strengthen workplace skills, such as communication, cooperation, leadership, and commitment to your shared goals.
Your work day will help your team:
- Build and strengthen relationships
- Improve communication
- Build trust
- Develop leadership skills
- Create goodwill by helping others
Of course, what makes Habitat's team building program special is that your efforts will extend beyond the boundaries of your organization. Your team will play a key role in helping a neighbor become a homeowner and break the cycle of poverty.
